Sanitation technicians will start out their shift as part of the production lines. At the end of production operations, this position is responsible for disassembling, cleaning and reassembling the production equipment. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are looking to grow with the company.

This position requires the ability to understand and follow instructions as they pertain to the use of chemicals and safety equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn and follow proper cleaning and safety procedures.
• Conduct cleaning of machines as required after each 5 hour shift.
• Perform final cleaning procedures at the end of breaking operations. This requires a complete disassembly of the production equipment, to be followed by a manual cleaning and inspection of parts to ensure proper sanitation prior to reassembly.
• Inspect machine parts for wear and report any problems to your supervisor.
• Perform any and all other duties that might be assigned by your supervisor.

Physical demands include the ability to remove and lift parts weighing from 5 - 30 lbs and varying in size from 1 to 5 ft. long. The ability to work in a variety of positions including standing, bending and kneeling is required.
